Ascend is an AI-powered SEO brief generator that analyzes search engine results to create content optimization recommendations. The Service includes brief generation, export functionality, and related features.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity per account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
- Generate content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws
Subscriptions and Payments
- Free tier includes 5 briefs per month with limited features
- Pro subscription provides unlimited briefs and full features
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
- Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ascend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content briefs generated for you are yours to use for any lawful purpose. You retain all rights to content you create using our briefs.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy or completeness of generated content
- Specific search engine rankings or traffic results
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
